Standards-Health grade 6 standard 1-Students will learn ways to improve mental health and manage stress. 

Ed. Tech- Use technology tools (e.g., multimedia authoring, presentation, web tools, digital cameras, scanners) for individual and collaborative writing, communication, and publishing activities to create knowledge products for audiences inside and outside the classroom. 

Stress can cause big problems in our daily lives and effect our mental health. in this newsletter are strategies to relieve stress and improve mental health. Stress can be a big burden on people and these strategies can help relieve it and make you feel happier and less tires/angry all of the time. Mental health effects everything in our body. If we lack in one area our minds are effected as well.Be sure to manage your time wisely and not to overextend yourself by trying to do too many things at once.
