How to be healthy- 3rd grade Health



Standards-Health grade 3 standard 6-The students will understand how a healthy diet and exercise can increase the likelihood of physical and mental wellness.

Ed. Tech- grades 3-5 standard 4-Use general purpose productivity tools and peripherals to support personal productivity, to remediate skill deficits, and to facilitate learning throughout the curriculum. 

These days now more than ever its important to keep our children healthy and active. These days they are glued to their electronic screens. These simple steps can help us as well as our children stay happy and healthy. Being healthy is a lifelong goal and process. You have to be aware of what you do everyday and what you put into your body and whether it is helping you or hurting your body.
